How do I download a dataset?

How can I use and cite the datasets?

All datasets, the codebook, and the cost model will be released for research and policy reuse. A recommended citation and versioning information will appear here on release.

How does the cost estimator work?

The cost estimator selects billable hours and base solicitor fees by case tier and procedural phase. It then applies the tier's disbursement factor for expert and counsel costs, and estimates compensated costs using the 56.6% Rule 104 recovery rate.
